Yes. Still trying to get it to feed 100%. It’s finicky. Have to modify the mags just right. This summer was chaos and my buddy and I haven’t found time to perfect it.

You have the caliber I am dreaming of for Stag 10 as my goal was to get a 375 Raptor and or 45 Raptor.
I noticed you opt for a plain barrel any reason not flute it?
What gas block and size are you currently using and what size will you be using if ordering a 375 Raptor?
I would go 375. If I can get this 45 Raptor going, maybe I could recommend it. I'm going to try 3d printed parts next.
The 45r barrel was premade, so it was 30% off. If I was going to order one, I wouldn't get a pepper pot brake. It has a HBAR contour, Mid length gas system and .750 gas block journal. You can only order them with mid length gas or shorter.
The 375 will probably be 20" with rifle gas length, I might get it cut down to 18.6" after. No fluting because it's pretty expensive from them, IIRC like $150 USD. I might order a headspaced bolt from X-Caliber.

Is he just not getting back to anyone on emails or phone calls now? He is actually a really good guy and a very talented machinist. I just had friends pick up work from him that they dropped off at Easter (this year) and they just picked it up. Will try and chat with him, let him know his house is on fire............

that would be awesome. does your blank have the AR extension on it? or would you be able to have it threaded for a rem 700 action?
It’s a blank, no barrel extension.
I was seriously looking into one to build on a Stag 10 receiver prior to Trudope 's ban but can't do it now unless the ban is turn over.
I don't know if you must build one on a bolt action because it will be more economical just to get a bolt action in 375 Ruger it will be much cheaper and need not to go reload route.
The raptor can build on a short action compares to the Ruger (short action vs long action) otherwise I don't think there will be any pros to go raptor vs the ruger.
