Surplus 303?

Made in 1945 and 1946, the 7 would the Mk 7 ammo, that would be a flat base bullet rather than the boat tail of the Mk 8, this is what they used in WWII.
I cannot find anything about the RAL manufacturer, there is a DAL but not an RAL.

Just looked again with a magifying glass. It is an "R" followed by /l\ followed by "L". I'd post a pic but my phone won't focus close enough to make it out.
Could it be Royal Laboratory Woolrich with a broad arrow symbol between the R and the L?

I just clicked on the link again before reading this post, it could be.
I ended up with a pile of surplus a couple years back, some is very straight forward and some is all over the place with their headstamps. Most of the Canadian stuff is easy to figure out but the commonwealth was so huge and there were so many manufacturers it is just crazy.
For example, in WWI and/or before they put the year and month of manufacture on the headstamp as well as all the other standard data.
