According to gunblog.ca as of April 30/2019 there is only a total of 880961 "restricted" firearms owned by private individuals. That is a combination of pistols, revolvers and rifles. No doubt the number has climbed since then and if they ever fix the machine to print license cards I will be definitely be in for a pistol, it has been awhile!

I think the key is to buy NEW restricted firearms, that will allow the importers to bring in even more new guns to add to the system...

I might choose an expensive Manhurin 73 for my 50th one, Epps has them with a 400.00 discount at 3295...

Very nice. That is a lot of progress.

On the Manurhins, factor in whether they include the Nills. It will cost 300+ to add them and well worth it imo.

I dont need them, actually this pistol will probably be a safequeen as i have so many unfired ones to shoot, i like to keep some unfired.

Fair enough. The point i'm making though is that depending on the barrel length you are after, the deal is not as good as you think. Others are offering the same gun but with the $325 Nills, and for only $100 more than the sale price you are referring too.

Bought number 50 restricted but i am not divulging it fot now. It's a nice one but i will keep that for the night of the election.

Today got number 51 and 52, bought 2 chinese Type 54 for a young couple that passed their RPAL, the fight continue to raise the pool of restricteds.
 
Cool thread caramel, great idea. I’ve only skimmed it so far but most importantly Congrats on beating your cancer!

I actually have doubled my restricted count, but only from 3 to 6. Maybe I’ll pick up another AR before the election to keep in the spirt of things. :)

Well the blackface attack on us have trigerred another round of intense shopping, got 54 and 55 on order an AR and a Browning Black Label 380.

I might be able to squeeze 5 more to reach 60 before the oct 21.

Now it's almost sure he wont get reelected so…

Well if he does, you will be lucky to get 50 cents on the dollar if Turd has a buyback (steal back) program.

Every revocation of a firearms registration certificate can be challenged in court. If the .gov tries to ban 200k guns, gun owners can clog the court system for the next 10 years by challenging all the revocations.
