New to Canada: LAUGO ARMS ALIEN ~ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER~

Exactly. It's not uncommon to see 5, 6, 7 and even $8000 standard guns. All custom and handmade, 18 months waiting period. $6000 for a gun legal in production and production optic, RDS included, magwell and a fixed bull barrel is a fair price.

Not legal in Production Optic per the recent ruling by IPSC.

The Alien is still production legal. IPSC is currently not allowing it compete in production optics division. IPSC wants the optic to reciprocate with the slide. Laugo Arms has options, but they are looking for IPSC to reword the rules for better clarification.

Meanwhile, in 1900... :)

wow, simply amazing design which would translate to an accurate shooting pistol.
It has what I love about my accurate Walther SP22, a fixed barrel and a fixed sight

Neat gun, but 6k? The amount I shoot, the parts would become a problem in a hurry, then I would have a 6k paperweight.

Still, if I would have money to burn I would probably pick one up.

We've got to be getting close now. I've talked to a few people that recieved theirs but they are all in different countries. So far everyone's reviews have been good. Fit and finish are excellent with everything really smoothing out after a break in period were they recommended cleaning and lubing it a little more regularly. By the way, how much are the replacement springs going to cost and are you getting some in? Obviously this is a gun that's ment to be shot a lot.

Hopefully, seems like few shipments are held up due to export permits from Europe...

Yes we think it's getting close, they said the shipment should be going out in the next week or two
