Hey folks,

Thought I would post a few pics from our trip last weekend to the Nordegg area. We had a great time, and since my KS7 is now running reliably, she was put on guard duty :)

Did anyone on the trails give you a second look with that coming out of your pack? I went out west this past summer - a lot of hiking and didn't see anyone with a firearm in their back pack. I didn't even know you could do that. Great shots - I love the Red Deck Chairs. They always seem to be at the top of the trail head!!

You can if its crown land with no firearm restrictions. I got a couple, but I tend to be very friendly, so I never really get weird looks. Its good to get people used to seeing firearms around.

Nice pics! driller212....do you have a link to what problems you had with the KS7 and what was done to make it reliable?

It would occasionally not extract a round after firing (likely because the chamber was rough from factory), and occasionally some rounds would shoot out of the tube onto the ground when racking it. After breaking it in with maybe 250 rounds or so the problems resolved and I haven't had an issue.
