S and J Turkelli video

im sure you have an o-ring kit, id try replacing them, and reassembling/disassembling to see if that solves the issue, if it does shoot it,, if the o rings don't make a proper seal then the worst i suspect would happen is the gun wouldn't cycle (but don't take my advice, im just some jerkoff on the internet)

if the o-rings don't fix the problem id send it back to S&J and let them deal with it

looking for replacements at the moment, Was going to shoot it but im pretty sure it might not cycle.

Anyone know the size of said o rings?
Tryed to get then from the US but thats a no go.

Is that how it came out of the box? I'd probably return it and get a new one if it is, that's not acceptable.

This gun was disassembled one time before and was super tight to disassemble. On the assembly it just as tight going back together, i thought the gas lock nuts were crossthreading so i stopped. Made emails and a call to S&J for advice but by the time Simon replied i had it back together. Simon did offer to refund my purchase, but i kinda like to mess with this stuff. With a $800.00 gun im not too worried if i bugger it up, can alway just part it out.

Pretty sure with new o rings she will be the gun im looking for.

Got a standard and metric o ring kits. The ones marked in the image seem to be a real good fit. I can hand tighten the lock nuts with my fingers now. To the range monday to see if my bubba fix works.

Also after reading the Benelli forum, the gas system does not to be serviced for 5000 rounds. Now can this clone due the same, I dont know.

im hoping this works, i cant see any other reason you would be having the issues you are having besides the o rings. did everything thread together smoothly after changing them? no feeling of cross threading?

Cleaned threads, installed new o rings, was able to thread the lock nuts by finger ( just like a Benelli) snugged with my trusty punch. Looking forward to tomorrow, going to shoot this Turknelli, my 10" dlask with S&J gangster gold bolt and a used Valtros PM5 that i have not shot.
