New gun not working

So someone in our club was complaining about his new shotgun.
Gun in question is a Axor MF2 12gauge 3” chamber semi-auto.
Problem: loads magazine, chambers a round from mag, squeeze trigger, boom! Auto ejects, chambers next round then “click”.
Manually eject that cartridge and chamber new one “click” again. Manually eject that cartridge and chamber another new cartridge again “click”. And so on.
Pick up all unfired cartridges load all into magazine, chamber first 1 and boom! Click on second, manually eject/chamber, click on third and so on.
Any thoughts?

From the ejected/unfired rounds, is the primer being struck? Sounds like a weak firing pin, not knowing if they're free-floating or on a spring though.

might sound a little simple but is the barrel seated correctly. I would make sure the front magazine screw is fully tightened and the barrel is fully seated in the action if its out by even a small amount it might introduce enough head space that the firing pin does not pert-rude enough to fire the shell.

You are right! That was the problem. Thank you! Gotta love the CGN group!
Gun works as it should now.
