I installed the extended IM choke and ran 25 each of birdshot, buck and slugs through mine today. All worked perfectly, only had one malfunction which was a "ghost" loaded shell failing to feed. I'll be in the backyard doing more shooting tomorrow. Very happy with the gun so far!

no worries, gun culture is full of all kinds of strange wordings. i think of it like this: if you drive a car, your wife drives a car, you've only ever owned cars, you've only ever driven cars, and one day you rent a truck for whatever reason, that day you're waiting for your wife and you might say "ill be in the car" even though its a truck, its just force of habit. "vehicle" might be more appropriate because both a car and truck are a vehicle, but a truck is not a car and a car is not a truck, but now we're dipping into the clip vs magazine debate
in this case a magazine is a device built into a gun or attached to a gun that holds the ammunition ready for feeding into the chamber to fire, so a tube is a magazine, just like a internal box magazine of an sks is a magazine, just like the detachable box magazine of your M1a is a magazine
but im sure the M1a idea will get some laughs, especially if you just finished shooting a shotgun so there is context, or called to the guy shooting a shotgun next to you to toss you a tube, right now the community needs some light hardheartedness
I got bored and decided to shoot some more... 75 more birdshot and 25 slugs. Three failure to feed with the shot and one with a slug. I will run the bag off it tomorrow and see what is up. Hopefully just a break in period...

Its 9pm and the atuff for some reason dont want to qoek any longer...

Gotta say, I was not expecting much from a $700 clone, but the surface finish is excellent. On par with mid grade US made stuff.
A couple things:
1. The rear sight and the picatinny rail were not aligned with the front sight out of the box. Easy fix as you just loosen the screws for both and move them slightly left/right until everything is straight.
2. The firing pin retaining pin o-ring seems a bit too big, so half of it got forced out of the channel when you push the retaining pin into the BCG. Easy fix with a smaller thickness o-ring
First glance everything looks solid and tight. Hope it shoots as well as it looks!

a box can be a magazine
a drum can be a magazine
a pan can be a magazine
a magazine is just a store of cartridges, for feeding into a repeating firearm.
"tube" or "magazine" are equally valid choice of words. maybe not what you're used to. but not wrong at all.

So I've heard
Just received mine today (bought the one with the additional chokes, etc).. have not stripped it down, everything looks solid. The front site does appear to be canted to the left. Will have to see what adjustments can be made after strip down and a good cleaning.
Same as mine. Slight cant to the left. Reminds me of Norinco M14s lol.
It looks more obvious when the rear sight and top rail are also off. Mine looked a lot better after adjusting the rear ones.
