Shooting a Daisy "Winchester Model 11" and a Red Alert RD-1911 blowback this evening. Bought the Daisy at CT on a good sale and the Red Alert at Cabela's on a good sale. Of course, the blowback chews up a cartridge faster. Both are fairly accurate and are improving as they get broken in. The Daisy has a better feel because of a more realistic trigger. Both are nice and heavy. The Red Alert was made in China and the Daisy in Japan. The Daisy has a non-functional grip safety. They both have lawyer approved horse's butt safeties, which are actually less safe because you pretty much need two hands to get them off.
Anyone else have something to add?
