Where to find a Spike's tactical M4 flat top upper

Hello all, I've been looking for awhile to find a Spike's upper, used is fine but I'm looking for one to do a mock up on a rifle, any tips on where to find one?
My other I have a changing handle for it and a delta ring assembly, so I'd be after both of them also lol
