What's weird is on the Taurus USA website https://www.taurususa.com/firearms/pistols/tx22/tx22-pistols-22lr-10-round-hard-anodized-black-3/. They have this model which says it has a barrel length of 4.16" approximately equal to 105.6 mm which is maybe legal since its so close.

Worth taking emailing Taurus for the exact measurements of that model?

Well the lipseys link you gave has the exact same model and UPC number https://www.lipseys.com/itemdetail?itemno=TATX22BNT10 but it says it has a 4.1" barrel.

So is that lipseys catalog wrong, and is Taurus USA giving the right measurements are my 2 questions.

Will find out. We need 4.17" to be importable, I'll ask what it actually is. Issue is too, when that close, you might find the odd one that is 'short' as they are not always exactly to spec. It gets expensive if we have to turn them in to RCMP for destruction

True, just would be nice if you can contact Taurus or Lipseys to determine the exact specifications and if it is importable or not. Probably easier for you then me trying to contact them.
