0.25 MOA right out of the box!

All I want is name ,

I know it depends on shooter , but a rifle that is not capable to shoots 1 MOA no shooter can shoot sub MOA with that rifle ,
.25 MOA outdoor is my goal

I think after all these posts, you still don't seem to get it.

There is a huge difference between a rifle that "CAN" shoot 1/4 MOA at 100 yards and one that "CAN" do it at 300 + yards.

They use real slow barrel twist rates for short range accuracy with light bullets and real fast twist rates with heavy bullets for long range.

A buddy has a 6 PPC heavy barrel from Sako that will do it for 100 yards, but it's not much good for longer shots.

You seem to be asking for a simple answer to a more complicated question and need to be more clear about what you are asking for.

at this moment my goal is 100 yards.no matter what the rifle do at 500 yards ,

I tested many rifles , reload a lot of weights and powder types , I do only 308 ,

So far PGW Coyote without any modification is pretty close with 147g FMJ-BT , 43.1gr IMR 4895 Lapua brass , shoots .30 MOA all day long.

I keep buying testing and selling many bolt guns , Rem 5R stainless with custom trigger ,reload ammo , got .44 MOA ,

Ruger bolt action 308 , reload ammo .60 MOA approx

AI AW or L96 way too expensive to touch and test , like a Porsche .

my focus is on 308.

I'm planning to buy and test CADEX 308.

In all likelihood you may never find a factory .308 that reliably prints 1/4 moa. That you can shoot .30 moa "all day long" with a Coyote using a ####ty bullet like a 147g FMJ-BT kind of astounds me, almost as much as it astounds me that somehow isn't satisfactory performance for you.

You're trying for benchrest accuracy out of factory rifles, the nicer of which are designed to be accurate and reliable FIELD rifles that were never designed to produce 1/4 moa accuracy. Reliability (especially in adverse conditions) and extreme accuracy are generally at 2 different ends of the spectrum. The closest you'll most likely come to what you want is in a purpose built custom rifle. Seeing as you plan on mainly shooting from the bench, build a benchrest rifle...

Who makes that 147 fmj that shoots into .30 moa "all day long"? I need to get myself some of those.

OK so you are looking for a contradiction... You cant suck and blow at the same time.

You want a Cadex and you want 1/4 inch at 100 yards...

If you want a 100 yard gun, Cadex is not on the menu. Cadex is rigged for durability and excellent tactical long range accuracy... I have one and it would be an exaggeration to call it a 1/4 MOA gun. Close yes, but not a bet I would make.

If you want small groups at 100 yards, you want a real slow twist barrel and shoot light bullets. Don't try and fit a Cadex into that role.

In 2014 I bought a AIAX, within the first 10rds from that rifle I shot a 0.15" 5 shot group at 100yds using 175smk, fed brass, fed match primer and 44.0gr Varget. This was prone with bi-pod and rear bag. Over the next couple years I never was able to replicate it although I had several groups that were sub 0.25 MOA.

If you took shooter error out of the equation, there’s probably plenty of 1/4 min guns. Cadex included. Including shooter error and so called “flyers”, you’re just chasing your own tail.
