go to the GSG-16 page and choose balance payment, then pay your balance
then email them with your order number

This is what I did Oct 7 and promptly got a response from them with a refund of $21 on my pre-order payment

Yeah.. total cost was $459.99.. shipping should be free though.

They will refund the shipping to you.
After I paid the balance yesterday I got a confirmation of shipping and then today I got the refund for shipping.

If you ordered mags like I did they won’t ship your gsg till they arrive. I told them to ship it to me with or without them by the end of the week. I’ve waited long enough.
