Sorry boys, better check a little closer before exposing your lack of knowledge. Target over/unders for trap, skeet, sporting clays are commonly stocked for left or right handed shooters, occasionally also shows up on field guns, especially more expensive ones. Cooey, no; Beretta, yes.
Try googling" Churchill dealers in Canada" call the listed dealers and inquire about availability.

I have a 512 SxS that I really like. A fantastic field gun that I dare say is probably the best quality one can expect to come out of Turkey. I hear the O/U’s are also very well made. Cant speak to their semi’s or pumps as I have not handled one personally

TradeEx had the left hand Armsan A612. Haven't checked their site for one, but I recall that they quite a few at one point

Generally, the stock. It will be cast for a left handed shooter and it could have a left handed palm swell
