Here are my two stable mates, both green and black shotguns

M4 benelli on the right, Turknelli on the left, The Turk is certainly no Benelli but it does shoot well so far and is pretty well put together, maybe I got a good one but so far its ok really, especially for the money

Wholly crap they look similar. I'm sure durability and reliability aren't quite the same but still that's impressive. I wonder if benelli is getting scared yet. Not that military and police forces will change but it's certainly a kick up the backside to make some improvements/changes ie differentiate the firearms

There is zero comparison, I have shot both very much and the Turkish has zero on the M4. M4 is really impressive

I will also glad buy Italian and American any day over Turkish

I miss my Saiga 12

Can someone help me and confirm the following Benelli part numbers are what i need to convert the Tac 12 to use the Beneli M4 stock:

1049680- recoil tube assembly

Am i missing anything?

I bought a Turknelli and sent it back. It did not cycle a second round once out of 25 shots, different heavy loads. Stock was jammed.. You get what you pay for. It is the second Turkish shotgun I have bought, the first was called a Tomahawk. Both were returned.

mine was perfect out of the box...........thanks Simon

Mine has been returned for 16 days now and I still have not received a refund. I spoke with S&J on the phone a week ago, and was told that they were very busy and waiting to hear from "Ventura". I did not buy it from Ventura, I bought it from them and they have my money. Another week has gone by and S&J has both my payment and the defective firearm that they sold me a long time ago. They have not responded once to my email or messanger requestions.

Who or what is "Ventura"? I was under the impression the Turkish M4 clones sold by S&J were imported and distributed by Trigger Wholesale.

I am assuming Ventura may be the importing company. The person I spoke with told me that they had sold 500 of these Benelli copies and that some of them had problems with the lifter tab. When I looked at the one I got, it was obvious that some crude filing work had been done, but the gun had not been retested, because it would not feed a second shell even once out of 25 shots with heavy load ammo. The stock was also out of adjustment and would not retract without being banged. All of my attempts to contact them by email or messenger have gone unanswered in the last two weeks.

Well, it's strange if they are. S&J made it pretty clear in this thread on their forum who the importer was. https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/for...-HERE-AT-LAST!!!!-TAC-12-BY-Trigger-wholesale!!!!

Have you tried giving them a call?
