Hey guys I am looking for a site of shop to get a shooting bag for the rifle to sit on barricades and one for the elbow. Who's got them ?

Thanks

I made mine out of an old pair of blue jeans that could not hold any more patches. I used the lower leg and the wife's sewing machine. I filled a freezer bag with dry sand and put that in the denim and sewed the ends to hold it. Works great and my son bought a Caldwell shooting setup and he prefers mine. They are great for bench shooting as you can fit one under your elbow to level things out. Kind of like the old 25# lead shot bag ones from the last century.

Making my own as well. Can’t justify the cost of some of them and not exactly what I’m looking for.

Personally I don't think elbow bags are necessary.

The most useful bags IMO are bags such as the Wiebad Mini Fortune Cookie, mini game changer bag, tactical udder, etc.

Get one of the above.

Love my waxed mini fortune cookie, another vote for that as well.

Check out Insite Arms, they carry all the Armageddon Gear stuff. I agree with KThomas, the elbow bags are pretty useless. Get a good "barricade bag", my favourite is the Armageddon Gear wax canvas, heavy fill Pint-Sized Gamechanger. A "pump pillow" type bag can be handy as well, I use the Armageddon Gear "Fat Bag".

I have been wanting either the Gamechanger or fortune cookie. Probably in the smaller light weigh versions. Has anybody had any luck using these while hunting out in the field? I think the light ones are 3lbs ish so could be tossed in a backpack.

Insite has what you need. Gamechanger bag is a must have. I use it pretty much everytime I go shooting. Whether it's placed on a barricade for front support, or as a rear bag when I'm using a bipod, it truly is a game changer. Wow that sounded like a commercial.

I have taken my GC out gopher shooting for practice but never used it in a hunting situation for big game yet.

A pump pillow is nice to have when shooting PRS comps, but definitely not necessary.

You can get the Armageddon Gear bags with the new lightweight "Git-lite" fill now. It's surprisingly stable for something so lightweight. Not as stable as the heavy fill but surprisingly good.

I made one from a old pair of jeans, a garbage bag inside STUFFED full of gravel and sand, mind you a few rocks too haha, it's heavy and decent, might make a double high from 2 legs of my jeans
