Not a Lapua just the old .243x222mag. No production hunting rifles that I know of. Probably not going to happen but I'd love one for paper and dogs, maybe a island deer. A very powder efficient little cartridge. 60gr at 3200fps, 80gr at 2900 not bad for only 30 grains of propellant.

I made one for a fellow back about 1982... for a very light deer rifle...

You could probably re barrel just about any .222 or .223...

The two 6mm-223 (6x45) I've had, we’re both built on the little Sako A1/L461 which I thought was perfect for the cartridge, but it is slightly shorter than the 6x47. So you may want to check oal.

I have a Hart built sleeved Remington 700 light varmint in 6x47. Vintage benchrest rifle that rendered obsolete by the 6PPC. Shoots well.
Given brass availability, I would be inclined to go with the 6x45. Doubt that there would be much difference in performance.

I have a Ruger 6mm PPC that fills that niche, it is an option... but I prefer the 6.5's when it comes to that.
