Tikka T1X MTR 22 lr... Are they good.

Tika make great rifles, always have.

I have 3 CZs, a 455 .17 Canadian, a 452 ultra lux, and a 455 trainer, both in .22. I can see no way to improve on any of these rifles; accuracy is astounding, fit and finish well above par, and reliability is 100%. What more can I ask?
 
I have had both, quite a Few CZs in the past both are nice rifles. The tikka has however been the most accurate rimfire I have owned and I wouldn’t hesitate to pick one up, I was not a fan of the plastic stock so I stuck it in a B&C stock I picked up in the US.

Why? My 17 has the "american" stock; my 452 ultra lux has a beautiful flamed walnut hog back stock, and my 455 trainer has a finely finished hog-back as well. I have a scope on both the 17 and the 452 and all three fit me and shoot better than anything I have ever owned. The POS stock on the Tika turned me off. The rest of the rifle is beautiful.
