Use your exact lot number for all kinds of useful info

Very interesting indeed.

Specs on box strelok say Eley Force is 1250 fps and BC of 0.157.

Now on lot tester at Eley it shows: 1186 fps average and BC of .140. I guess I will use 1186 to determine my dope.

Also looking at the ten group shot at 50m from two different barrels, not one group is below .5 inch at 50 however the variance between the best and worse group is only .2 of inch so very consistent. Would not expect to break the 5 group under 1/2 inch challenge with this ammo but for ORPS and CRPS it should be good.

Can someone give a lot number for Eley Force ammo? I'd like to plug it into the Eley Lot Analyser to see what it looks like.
When I have time on my hands I like to compare Eley's results for different varieties of ammo.

On a BC related note, here is a chart of BC values for 22 rimfire ammo with a variety of bullet weights.

If you have access to an accurate chronograph like Labradar, start with your velocities and you can work out the BC with actual drop observed at known distances.
