Not sure if Cabelas carries just the inserts or not? I'm thinking they probably don't.....
You could check with Jerry at Mystic Precision as he might have what your looking for, I know he sells Burris rings.

The last few sets I had had both the normal inserts and a extra set of offsets in the package. I’m sure there are lots of inserts collecting dust in junk drawers. Throw an ad on EE.
