Hey

Where are you guys getting your MK262 or similar ammo....? 77 Grain SMK OTM would be preferred. with all the 1/7 SBR AR's in Canada this ammo should be popular....? Am I just looking in all the wrong places....?

77g OTM is fine for when there's a need for it. Plopping holes in paper at 50-100m it's an unappealing proposition.

I bet it sells 1-100 (maybe more like 1-1000) vs 55g so you'll see less of it on the 'shelves'.

That 75gr Steel Match shoots 1/2 Moa in my bolt gun (Nucleus with Bartlein barrel spun up by Insite). Pretty damn good for cheap factory match ammo. It's slow as balls though, (2688fps vs 2920fps in a 26" barrel) like 250fps slower than my handholds with the same bullet (and that's a mild load, zero pressure). I haven't tried it in my AR yet.
 
For the Hornady steel match, its roughly 2550 out of my 18" AR SPR clone ( wilson combat SPR barrel). 5 shots group and its a clover.
