I don't hate any "cartridge," I like them all, I just prefer some cartridges over others. Recent generations dislike the good old 30-06, I happen to love it! It's a proven cartridge which is most adequate for all North American big game, and for most African plains game. As for the 6.5 Creedmoor, it's a really nice little cartridge, however it's not part of my "preferred" cartridges, moreover, the hype on social media and other informative sources is a bit overwhelming.
try seating the same high bc bullets and you lose case volume with the 260,
6.5 Creedmoor, because of the fan boy drool all over it.

Ouch. Nice one, Rob. All hail the new king...6.5 Creedmoor.![]()
....... and WWI as well. I wouldn't expect the Germans to be too excited over the 303 British either.
....... that fits better in a short action & has better ammo & product support from the makers.
.358 Win = #2 Robertson
..... have to question why some of the newer ones exist.
#2 Robertson is great, except it doesn't work for drywall screws. Need Phillips for that to work right.
So that people continue to buy guns so that the manufacturers can stay in business. Without new sales gun factories will continue to close.

Do not hate any but have to question why some of the newer ones exist. Some of these are a fad that will disappear in a few short years.
I don't like the 7x57 so chose a 275Rigby instead.
