Has anyone brought in a PAL rated airgun from Krale in the Netherlands?

I'd really like a Weihrauch HW77k in 22 but can't for the life of me locate one in Canada. It seems folks have imported from them before but I don't know where to begin, what paperwork or steps are involved, or the time line to accomplish this.

Any advice? Or does someone have a lead on one?

I ordered from Krale in Jan 2018. All went smooth. CBSA kept the order for 4 weeks when items arrived in Canada. I sent Krale a PDF of the RCMP FRT numbers ( two air guns were over 500fps so I needed a PAL) to be enclosed with the shipment, along with my PAL number (only the number). I'm sure that helped to get them processed. CanPost shipped to my door.
Good to deal with. Customer service was great.
On a side note I heard they stopped shipping to Canada in mid-2018 due to problems with CBSA 'returning packages to Krale' for whatever reason.
Have you enquired if the have resumed shipping to Canada?

Can I ask who they shipped it with?

I tried finding a shipping company to transport firearms I wanted to buy over there but failed in doing that so the deal fell through.

Quick look makes me think Krale is pretty expensive, euro 523.94 excl Hst.

A bunch of other stores offer the 77k for around euro 430.00
Fyi most stores in NL display prices including 21%(!!!) Hst (called btw)

I'd like to use a peep on this one so the 97k won't work. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Are you looking to shoot mostly targets or to also hunt with the rifle? I'm asking because most target shooters with air rifles prefer .177 caliber as it has a wider variety of pellets suitable for 10 - 25 meter target shooting than .22 caliber. For hunting .22 will generally give more FPE than a .177 air rifle.

I would have bought from a CDN vendor, but nothing in stock when I was looking. The CDN vendor was not expecting a re-stock for 6mths, so I went to Krale in Jan 2018.
Krale was great.
They shipped by Netherlands Post to Canada, and then by Canada Post once it cleared CBSA.
Krale doesn't charge the 21% HST (local or European tax...I don't know which tax it is) for export orders. It used to state that on their website, but I do not see Int'l shipping info now.
After all costs settled I actually came out at about 10% less than buying in Canada.
I hope they still ship to Canada, as it was nice to have this option if an item is not available here.

I talked to Krale about a 10m air pistol and was told they dont ship to Canada anymore. They told me that customs wont allow them to. Maybe they'll ship air rifles though?

Yes, CBSA should be ok for you to bring it back.
Might be good to check with US authorities about personally bringing a pellet gun back over the border...to determine if it is an ITAR controlled tool. If deemed ITAR controlled, you could get into trouble with US authorities if you get stopped on the US side for a spot check before getting to border. Even a set of scope rings could get you into trouble.

I posted on another forum where had read yet on another forum of a fellow who had 2 laminate stocks break.

Does this mean that laminate stocks in general are prone to breaking? Repeating something seen on the internet doesn't make it any more true. A lot of rifles have laminate stocks. Boyds Gunstocks, for example, does a roaring business with laminate stocks. So, too, does GRS, a Norwegian stock maker.
