Anyone know who’s importing the Tavor 7 and weather any are inbound? I’d definitely be interested in handling one.

North Sylva is the Tavor distributor, so I'd hazard a guess that they'd be bringing in the 308 as well.

Not sure where to post but I'm having an issue with my Tavor 7.
According to the Function Test in the manual, the last step is to charge the gun with the safety on.
My charging handle can't be pulled back with the safety on. Is this an instruction manual issue or rifle problem?
Everything else works as specified.

Tried my buddies, we found his is doing the same thing as yours which is contrary to what the manual states for both function testing and safe loading procedure. The manual says that loading and charging should be done with the safety on but it’s impossible as the charging handle is inoperable with the safety on.

Probably threw in the "old" manual before these rifles had the go over and partial redesigned over the last 1.5 years.
