i have purchased an AR lower and a PSA 15 from them. customer service was spot on both times. Transfers were done in about two weeks
 
Purchased twice from them no issues at all. Customer service was spot on and transfers took about 2 weeks.

i got my gsg-16 from them as promised, it took 3 weeks. ofcos they were competing with BLS for customers on the gsg-16, thats is why they promised before xmas.
 
Ordered a carbine length PSA M4 from them as per the photo on the website. Waited a month and a half for it before it finally arrived. Opened the box to find out they sent me a mid length gun. I had gone ahead and ordered a bunch of parts ahead of time for a carbine length gas system. Emailed irunguns for an explanation. Just crickets.

completed a purchase out of New York from there to Calgary and then to Nl no issues ,,, and when you call there is someone to answer
 
Just dont do it. a $5 takedown pin can make your $2000 rifle useless and waiting 12+ months just makes the rash worse, especially since Stag wont export direcltly so I had to send the only source in canada a please help me email as I saved a couple bucks by going grey market. Its just not worth it.

I Run Guns services are a huge benefit for Canadian shooters. They are very professional, timely as far as the "merican" export system will allow and pretty much seamless. Had more than one involvement with their import services and that involved over 130 rifles to non government customers. Huge props from me. Deal in confidence.
 
If everything goes as planned, they're good. If there are any issues along the way, you'll regret ever dealing with them. I learned my lesson
 
I think the owners and staff do a lot behind the scenes to make things go as smoothly as possible in a cross border situation. I've purchased many items that you can't normally get in Canada or are outrageously priced here. My .02 cents
 
I placed an order on IRG.COM 48 hours ago and I have not received a receipt sent to my email , is this normal till the items arrive in Canada and they ask for my PAL and to pay the GST and shipping to my house ?

And no it's not in my email "junk" folder
 
I bought my first AR 15 from them. Because they are based in the states, they have an absolute abundance of selection.... just have to be patient as they bring in truckload every month or so... Went smooth, simple and I had no issues.

Go forth and purchase with confidence !

Checked my emails. No email received. This was a number of months ago already.

Normally you should get a receipt- was your credit card charged? Then it’s a waiting game till it’s in Canada and you will get notified to pay gst and shipping.

Yes the order is coming from the US, I never made an account with IRG when I ordered the rifle and mags

I understand there will be a substantial wait tomex that is not a problem

I'll check to see if my CC was charged, its just weird as basically everything I have ever ordered online I get an email receipt as soon as I pay
