takes time but all has been good for me.

Buy with confidence. I wanted an upper, kinda a non standard purchase as they don’t keep the item in stock. They were kind enough to do the leg work and source me the item, even though they probably didn’t make a whole lot. I intend on doing business with them again

Your gun gets sent right back to the factory for servicing.

In my opinion; That is much better than dealing with the warranty centers in Canada.

just add to this, if they can't repair it here then they will ship it to the states to get repaired.

also sometimes IRG offers free shipping from the US to Canada and shipping within Canada is higher because your paying for insurance on your purchase

I've had great experience with them every time. Super helpful over the phone if you have any issues or questions. Only gripe is how long it takes to receive the order. But you know that going into it.
 
Good on sales. Poor on questions answered. If your a high maintenance consumer with lots of questions you may feel like srvice is sub-par. However, they have good prices, they will ship quickly.
 
I have had three transactions with IRG, they have all been real good.

As stated by other members, you do need to be patient. They readily have items you cannot get anywhere else.

Imported 2 times from gunbrokers under IRG, both took little over a month. Considering I can't even get those products in Canada, I would say they are my go-to store for rare items. Also their US stores have way more toys than average Canadian stores here, if you time it right, you can get your toys fast. Would love to see if they can offer free shippings compare to others Canadian stores though.

Rife was a Ruger American 16" barrel. But I wanted the 2nd generation with the AR style mag not the BS ruger mag.
Beautiful little gun.
Its been a year and I dont think this 2nd gen is available in canada yet lol

Ordered a GSG-16, conversion kit, and 2 spare mags on Friday. Received everything today, 100% as advertised. Curiously, my CC has yet to show any charge. I assume the weekend has caused some delay.

Excellent, professional, prompt service. I'd go again.

Since the entire project went late, they decided to test out their new laser engraver and laser on a disgusting scorpion logo on each of my new magazines, free of charge! Without asking... looked like garbage.
When I called to ask for replacement mags, they said each magazine would have cost $25 extra to engrave like that! I should appreciate the free bonus. I didn’t, it looked like hell. They offered to replace if I cover shipping charges. I said no, since I never asked for any of this. This is 100% on them. They said they couldn’t afford to cover the shipping and thats as far as they were willing to go.
Will never give them another penny! Be aware, stay away.

Good experience here, when importing from their US operations just be patient. But communications were great and I’d definitely deal with them again
 
I have had two transactions with Irunguns both went smoothly. It was cheaper to order from Irunguns and pay shipping and exchange rate then I could get my mags for here in canada.
