Where can I get 28 guage components?
I've resorted to buying some factory ammo and reloading the hulls, but would like to find some new hulls.
Any 28/410'ners out there?:D

Around here, those who shoot a lot of 28 and do not reload, sell their hulls to those who do. Last I heard, .10/ hull was the going rate. You should watch the vultures come to life when a Newbie comes to the club and buys a new box of AA's:D
 
My problem is I have nowhere to buy them up here, aqnd two of us have 28's , so we figured we'd reload and save the hassle of trying to find factory ammo.
Seems thee components are as hard to find as the ammo is!

The only components that are different are wads and hulls. Hulls will be most difficult to find. I would advertise at skeet clubs and be willing to pay the price.
 
Goto ww w.bilozir.net a Canadian agent for BALLISTIC PRODUCTS. I have never dealt with this person, I just like the stuff in the Ballistics catalog.
 
I have a few bags of AA wads I may part with some of them (no idea what they are worth as i got them when i bought the press) I also have a box of primed virgin hulls but i'm not parting with them.

Hi hulls and wads are no problem crossing the boarder I bring in quite a few.
Have them shipped USPS only as while the price is higher there is no Brockerage fees.
Place an add on trapshooters.com for the hulls.
Since ebay disallowed hulls there are some selling on trapshooters.
Purchase wads from http://members.cox.net/omahasportingsupply/ or http://www.recobstargetshop.com/
These are just two of the suppliers that have a great service.
Once you have wads and hulls powder and primers along with shot are the easy parts.
