This looks like a really nice rifle especially the oiled walnut stock. Anyone have one?

Besides being made of wood, what exactly is "classic" about the stock?

Savage has designated this particular rifle as a Model 110 Classic.

Combine timeless looks, complete adjustability and superior accuracy, and the result is the new Savage® 110 Classic. The rifle features a quality walnut stock with modern ergonomics similar to those of the new Model 110 design. The stock’s fully adjustable length-of-pull and comb height allow peak comfort, consistency and precision. The 110 Classic also features our user-adjustable AccuTrigger™ and a carbon steel barrel with a threaded muzzle.

FEATURES
  • Classic walnut stock with modern ergonomics
  • Push-button mechanism allows the shooter to adjust length-of-pull and comb height
  • User-adjustable AccuTrigger
  • Three-position safety
  • Model 110 carbon steel barreled action with matte black finish
  • 9/16-28 threaded muzzle
  • Drilled-and-tapped receiver for scope mounts
  • Two sling swivel studs

Comes in a variety of calibres; 243 WIN, 270 WIN, 30-06, 300 WIN MAG, 308 WIN, 6.5 CM, 7mm REM MAG, and 7mm-08 REM.

It does look quite nice, although it would be nice to have the ability to more easily swap over to magazines other than the Savage proprietary ones.
