Yeah, sorry but not my work at all. The barrels were refinished by Nick Makinson and the woodwork Chris Dawe. I spoke with Nick today hoping he would refinish another set of barrels for me, but he says the ones he did for me earlier in the year (different gun) will be his last browning job. He might take on some smaller work in the future.

WOW. On those pitted barrel exteriors either metal needs to be added, then struck down for a perfect undetectable transition or the damaged area struck off ( filed off) and blended in. Then the browned finish needs to be restored and blended in. Master class workmanship and there is only a shrinking handful in the country capable of this class of work. And beautiful work by Chris Dawe, this again is finest workmanship that few can appreciate and far fewer can actually accomplish. And this fine Greener was worthy of restoration. Well done gentlemen.
