Tikka t1x DiP magazine base

i did the same a month ago

here is the thing I have ordered rails from them before but rails u can import into canada but i believe the part we want is not importable in the same way rails are.

Nil.

Kinneys carries and ships their T1x compatible accessories but they have not listed the mag base. I emailed them a couple weeks back and received zero answer.

I had some email back and forth with Patrick @ Kinney's a month or so ago and the bottom mag parts he got from DIP were returned to DIP. DIP said they had issues with the fitment and told him not to sell them...

Thanks Paul, I had wondered what the story was with Kinney's and the T1x mag base.

I'd be quite happy with a sleek flush-fit mag that held 5 rds, like most folks I don't need a 10 rd mag.

I've swapped the Tupperware stock on my T1x to a T3 Hunter stock, the 10 rd rudder-mag remains an eyesore on what is now a good looking rifle with that notable exception.

I would pay good money for a flush 5

pull the end cap off, cut the magazine body flush with the bottom of the stock, shorter the spring accordingly and glue in a block in the mag well to hold the internals in place, shouldn't take you more then 15 minutes

Well gents, if you know someone with a 3D printer I just uploaded my design for a flat base to Thingiverse under a Non-Commercial License.

You go from 10 rounds to 8. No modifications of the mag are required.
