I have on hand enough lead 7500 rounds so I can get through the year with only a small purchase of lead.
Hulls are for all intentional purposes free.
Wads I bring in from the US by 5000 cases.
We purchase our clays once a year and have our primers and powder shipped in with the clays.
I own a PW950 that has been converted to a 2000 with a hull feeder on it and shell reloading is a pleasure not a chore. Great pastime to unwind after the stress of the day
So yes even with the high cost of lead the ability to tune loads and use premium reloads far outweighs the small savings if any on promo loads.
