Can one learn to not take an ejected shell to the face?

Sure, it's easy.
Easy to avoid as well if a person stop and think about it in advance...but even if they don't think about it and end up taking one to the face....... most people will figure it out after that... :)

Just An FYI for those who were thinking about getting this shotgun, the MKA1919 mags fit it no problem and I was able to manually work the action and they cycled fine
Also tried the AS46 mag I think it was, and it fit pretty snug in the magwell but it too cycled the rounds no problem ;)
I haven't tried to actually shoot the thing yet hopefully tomorrow, I'm a lefty and have a sudden craving for brass and plastic so will see how bad it actually is!

Was able to shoot a couple mags through it quick. I used the mag it came with and challenger #9 target loads
Rifle functioned perfectly it cycled the rounds good and I'm happy to say that the casings ejected at the 1 to 2 o'clock position and I never ate any of them
No gasses or nothing blowing in my face either so I can say IMO the rifle is good for leftys! :)

One quick note, I put a few more mags through and I tried to change my head position closer and I did catch a casing off the bottom lip, if you position yourself at the rear of the cheek rest it’s ok so I guess it’s not totally left friendly but a lefty can shoot it if you watch your head positioning
What would help is extending the rear stock somehow, one of those slip on recoil pads would most likely do it

Hi Guys,

New here and looking for new shotty. I tried the Axor MF-2 on sale for $629 with lots of accessories included, AR style shotty but it is so top end heavy and uncomfortable to hold. Looks great but felt terrible.

Is there any shipping charge from Tactical for this bullpup HG-105?

I’ve had a spectre for a while. Runs great, eats anything I’ve put through it, I personally like the balance but I could see how some might not, very close to the shoulder. My only real issue with it is that in order to disassemble it you have to really get in there, more steps than you’d expect. Feels like you’re taking every nut, bolt, pin, and spring out if you want to do a thorough clean/lube. I like simplified designs where you remove a thumb nut and can almost fully strip the gun, no tools required. It’s not difficult to strip, but it definitely isn’t convenient. Not a huge fan of the top rail either, it’s not really attached very solidly to the barrel, a pin on the front and a spring clamp on the back. It’s a shotgun so not really going to be an accuracy issue but for a gun that seems over-engineered it almost feels like an afterthought. By no means a bad shotgun in my books, just a bit unique.

Can we buy some small spare parts like a firing pin and extractor?

Probably not, I would imagine they don't have a lot of extra parts and they would need a few spare parts to service warranty so likely extra stock for "just in case" is not an option.

They didn't even respond about magazine capability with other similar turkish shotguns....... thanks to one of their customers we now know cross comparability is pretty good.

Your best bet is to buy a complete spare..... :)

Looks cool but alas I am a lefty as well and don’t enjoy the face spackle of unburnt powder and the odd plastic hull so I must pass but looks great and kudos to your camera person always a pleasure to view your posts

Seems like there are a lot of lefties interested in bullpup shotguns... perhaps we could talk to the manufacturer and see if that's something feasible :)
