Most handguard come with a barrel nut unless you have something else in mind.
And just in case, that buffer tube kit is a rifle length and won’t be adjustable.
You won’t be able to order a BCG from Brownells.

Are u buying the buffer tube assembly and the JP Spring set up ? You’d be buying an extra spring and buffer by looks of the picture.
Try Arms east for a bcg. I believe they had the coated ones for like ~$269

Arms East has Toolcraft Nickel Boron AR-10 bcg for about as good of a price as your going to find a bcg for here.

You can get a Brownells from IRG for about$270 all in,and about two month wait period.

I got a 308 BCG from Brownells 2 weeks ago.

I ordered mine on the Black Friday sale, so it was still covered from the previous conditions, tried to reorder Jan 3, that's when I got a letter from Sandy of Brownells saying that the excemption is no longer valid.

Is there a post on here anywhere that lists every part needed for a build? I have searched but can't seem to find one.

Here’s a complete list of .308 AR specific parts that you’ll need for your custom build:

Upper and lower receiver
Barrel of choice
Handguard setup of choice
Buffer and buffer spring
Stock
Complete Bolt Carrier Group
Ejection Port Door (unless you’re running a slick side upper)
Takedown and pivot pins
Muzzle device that’s threaded ⅝” x 24, for a .30 caliber
Magazine catch/release
Specific LPKs and triggers for the .308 ARs
Other parts you’ll need that also consist of AR-15 parts include:

Pistol grip
Complete lower parts kit
Sighting systems, mounts, optics, backups/flips, red dots, etc
Gas systems (Gas blocks and gas tubes).
