Any C8 fans? Post 'em here!

I only ever got to use the real-deal C7, which remains my true love, but I've always had a soft spot for the C8 as well. Here are my three.... what do other people have? All three of mine are 100% Colt Canada/Diemaco, with the exception of the charging handles.

I'd built mine up last year with one of the RCMP surplus uppers and alot of surplus lower parts from Nordic. Sold it in the summer for other projects sadly.

I wasn't really aiming to 'clone' anything, so I went with what I like. I do have SpecterDR and OS4 optics on other guns, but I personally prefer the ACOGs. And I was never a fan of the old C79 'issue' Elcan back in the day personally, certainly not enough to buy one!

What's the story with this one? Issue gun? I haven't seen that IUR version available to the public

Yup, belongs to my local PD. They’re phasing out their G36c’s because CC is better to deal with and cheaper than HK. It’s an 11.6 IUR with full rails, c9 flash hider, and giggle switch. Personally, I prefer the shaved rails on mine:

Aha, it looked familiar, I was pretty sure it was police issue And I agree - I sold my last IUR (a SAS version) recently, but the shaved rails are much more practical and ergonomic.
