yea, in the line of many, Im sure, asked here

so here it goes, is it posible and how hard would it be, using at home available tools, to re-chamber a .22lr into a .22mag???

is the bullet the same diameter on both, or is it just my mistake to asume so??
by the look of it .22mag has a longer cartrige, but what else?

Some .22lrs can be converted, some can't. The bore may be slightly tighter in the lr. The reamer pilot might not fit. The casehead diameter of the magnum is larger. Some .22 are not strong enough. The magnum is not likely to feed, if it is a repeater.
Generally speaking, it isn't a good idea.
