What dealers have the best price on Stag 10 receivers? Is it worth buying a complete rifle?
Can't find any stripped receivers, they all come with parts kits.

So far I think Arms East has the best price on a receiver w/ parts kit.

Plus they have drop down menus to upgrade some parts, too bad their $170 BCG is out of stock.

As the Receiver set with parts kits included and factory assembled costs less than receivers plus parts kits unassembled, we offer complete with parts kit, factory assembled.

I’d say Arms east is probably the only dealer with stag 10 receivers in stock. I was happy to buy one worth and lpk installed. Vs chance butchering it trying to install the roll pin on the bolt catch.

FYI Stag 10 doesn't use roll pins, they used threaded pins for both the bolt catch and the forward assist. All you need is the correct size hex key to install them.

I'd just take it with the parts kit.
My rifle functions just fine and dandy with the stag LPK
I even like the trigger so am not going to blow my money changing it.
Only part I swapped out of the stag LPK was the magazine release in favor of an ambi unit I had laying around in my parts bin.

Stag receivers use hex head retaining screws for the mag and bolt releases not roll pins.

I am the opposite, I bought mine without a LPK, and I prefer it that way because I put all my own choice of parts in it. And at the time I really had no choice because when I was ready to pull the trigger the Blair scare had Arms East and everyone selling with the LPK sold out.

My upper/lower set came with the take down pins, and a blemished handguard, I sold the handguard to someone on here and bought a different one because I wanted it longer then 13.5"

In the end I ended up with exactly what I wanted, but I enjoy selecting and collecting my own choice of parts
