M700 Titanium

the current Ti, the "Alaskan Ti" is grossly overpriced and I dont know of many guys ready to step into a $2300 factory rifle with the Remington name stamped on the side of it.

The previous model, plain jane "Ti" was a great "value" @ $1300, and I've owned two, a 30-06 and currently a 260 Rem.

270 Winchester or 30-06 are both great choices for hunting anything western canada can offer, except for big bruins.

Wow, and I thought the Browning Ti was pricey. Might have to look at some other lightweight rifles. Checked out the T3 stainless the other day in WS, and not very impressed with the cheap bolt and plastics used.

Yep the "Original" Ti is/was a Bargain IMO !
I Love mine...also in 260 rem, 6 Lbs even scoped and loaded:cool:

For an ALL around Big Game rifle for Western canada tough to beat the '06;)

I certainly wouldn't mind one also... in .260 Rem that is... ;)

I have one of the originals in 7-08, it's decently accurate,..not a tack driver by any stretch but it's sure nice to carry..........the new Alaskan version is an overpriced piece of equipment.....you can build better for less.....I'm keeping my 7-08 Ti....:)
