$150 for 8 lbs. of IMR Target (2 left in stock as of today).

I don't know much about it but it's supposed to be a copy of Bullseye, which is a very versatile powder. It's a small flake powder that should provide Bullseye/Titegroup type performance.

It is a good deal if you are local. I asked for a quote for shipping 2-8 lb jugs of other powder a few weeks back. Was quoted $225 just for the shipping. Ouch

Thankfully there are some businesses that will ship powder for free when you spend the minimum $200 or $300.

I don't think Lawry's really cares about selling much other than their clay birds, I don't think they make much off their reloading supplies or ammo and they don't particularly care how fast it moves because they know it'll be gone eventually. If you're local, great, if not, someone local will take it at some point. The guys there are pretty awesome though and they've imported brass for me that they don't regularly carry for like 40% less than what any other Canadian retailer sells it for.

Be aware that Target is a flake powder. It does not meter well in some powder throwers.

TightGroup and 231 are ball powders that meter perfectly.

Are you sure? Isn't Titegroup a flake powder? To be fair I've used Titegroup exclusively to this point and it meters ok but ball powders do meter better.

231 is a ball powder.

I did the same thing, bought a bulk box the price increased and they honored the original quoted price. Top notch store

I've bought brass and dozens of flats of shotshells from them over the years. They make 3 million clays a week, the reloading supplies and ammo are more of a side business.
