Looking for Browning Nomad 9mm magazine. Any help would be appreciated.

I never heard of a Nomad in 9mm, just in 22lr. If you meant 22lr, then Western Gun work used to have an aftermarket mag that fit the medalist and the nomads.

What does this have to do with Target and Precision Rifles?

Nomad is the inexpensive version of the Browning Challenger.
It is made on the same frame without the slide stop
The slide stop can be installed and then you have a Challenger based 22 calibre pistol, just add wood grips
