Anyone had a barrel shipped from the USA?

Not sure if this is the best place to post this or not. Is it a real big pain in the ass to get a shotgun barrel shipped from the states? I also have friends along the border which is only an hour from here. Could have them buy it and shipped to their house and I could go over and get it, declare at customs etc if that would be easier.

Just wondering if anyone has been through this.

i do think a lady is in charge now. Clay does not deal with that anymore since a while (but you can still contact him of course). that is a huge good business now, while at the beginning it was small but good already.

Melissa has been doing the importing for about ten years now. Good news is, out first commerce department applications are now getting approved :)
