If concealed carry is allowed starting tomorrow, what pistol do you choose?

Haven't been sure which fantasy pistol to pick in this game, until running across the H&K P7 the other day. So minimal, so compact, and recoil seems very modest for such a compact 9mm pistol. Love the gas delayed blowback trick.

Good choice, i played around with it... very accurate (well not in my hands really but you know what I mean).

Concealed Carry, CCW will NEVER, EVER come to Kanada. A pipe dream never to appear.

Its like me & the hundreds of thousands of Conservative-in-name-only party members who relied on the Harper Conservatives in majority government for six (6) years to remove/eliminate the hated Liberal bill C68, and bring relief to lawful gun owners in Kanada.

After losing to Max Bernier on 12 ballots in a row at the CPC convention, Andrew (the new Tim Hudak) Scheer won the Leadership position on the 13th ballot. Then promptly failed in a year later.

Can we count on the new CPC leadership to remedy our gun woes? Can we rely on the CPC to address our issues? Nope! The Liberal party of Canada & the NDP made sure Kanadians never had property rights enshrined in our Constitution. The god-given right of self-defence we have not, Castle doctrine rules we haven’t, and Stand your ground laws will never happen in Kanada’s SJW multicultural utopia.
Kanada is lost.

Glock 26 or Glock 43. And hopefully if concealed carry was allowed, it would also be legal to have the American barrel rather than the Canadian barrel, as the Canadian barrel is a bit longer.

German over-engineering at it's finest!

Saw one in the hands of a US/IPSC shooter in Seattle. An early model, it got quite hot (!) after shooting a multi-round stage.

Since the G43 & S&W Air Weights in .38 Special have been mentioned. I'll go with this:

My friend's wife shoots one in IDPA.
I really like the gun. Fun to shoot. Accurate. Cool little thing.
Wish it wasn't so expensive.

I'm on my way to youtube to watch a review on this ###y pistol. I've never heard or seen it before.

Ian's your guy for this maybe. With a friend he does a thorough test and then tabletop review of the little bullpup and a couple of other similar-sized pistols. It doesn't come out well, though they like some aspects of the pistol:

In this earlier video Ian goes over the mechanism involved:

Sooooooooo many choices but I’d probably carry two, lol.
S&W model 66 for sure then I would take turns with the others
Now if going to a fancy wing ding, you know all dressed up etc I’d likely just carry my browning BDA 380 or my American derringer. Browning .25 auto could fit in any pocket and not be noticeable but..... well you know just a pop gun lol.

Nice gun, used to think about these

I believe Bond Arms has improved the pistol dramatically... But it's still fussy about ammo. & it's still flippy...

My bond arms functions well, simple, robust parts..
came with a nice holster
410 defence loads or buck shot pattern well at close range..
45 LC is tuff to aim past 15 yards..
Speaking at ammo, banceswithhempties.. 454 casull chambers and locks up.. I haven't tried shooting it for obvious reason!!... I wonder if the action will take the pressure

Regarding the Boberg, I found the XR-9L was fairly accurate, and due to its all metal construction, recoil was less than a Glock 43. The DAO trigger did not prevent one from shooting it quickly and accurately, I tried it with a reduced power spring but ended up replacing the stock spring for a more robust trigger return. I had no malfunctions with mine.
