What is everyone's opinion on what one shoots better? The norinco is $30 cheaper is there enough of a accuracy difference? Am I just being picky? Also do you guys think it will go down in price after this madness($209-239) or just buy now?

I'd personally go with barnaul but never tried norinco so cant really argue;

Anyway for under 100yrds both will probably group within inches, what matters most is the type of bullet for your needs

If it's only for plinking just go for the cheapest fmj you can get, but if you plan of hunting game at least go for some SP, have worked fine for me on black bears (barnaul SP and hornady SST)

Barnaul. I’ve had many a FTF’s with Norinco. Overall quality seems better from Barnaul even tho it’s packaged in little boxes with only paper separating cartridges. I’ve shot a few thousand of both but never with a scope to see how either groups. The copper wash is cheap compared to the Russian laquered case with bright fmj. If you have the option def choose Barnaul. It’s worth the extra 30 pesos. I don’t think Barnaul has ever been cheaper (Please correct me if I’m wrong). both ring steel at 100m. Reliability will always trump low cost in my books. I would suggest handling the cartridges if you can to see what I mean by quality of cartridges.

What gun are you getting FTFs with Norinco in?

Barnaul was considerably cheaper only a few short weeks ago. Tenda had it for $349/1000. Now everyone has jacked their prices.

Ya I was going to say not long ago I was getting barnaul at around $180 for 500... I have actually shot a few thousand rounds of it and really enjoy it, just wanted to see if I am missing out on the norco. Fyi I'm shooting out of a 10.5" ar15

They all work good . the only 762x39 I found to stink was the Czech military stuff . but it still went bang . and that's important.

What about that Canada Ammo brand Dominion stuff ? How does that compare to Barnaul and Norinco stuff ?

Canada Ammo non corrosive is good ammo. Had two FTF that's it. Barnaul with steel lacquered cases is CRAP! I will not use it after I had to use a cleaning rod to hammer a stuck case out of my pistol. There some kind of goo that caused the issue.

Norinco yellow box. 223 is best accurate cheap ammo I have ever used.
