If you were using H4350, you were probably using a heavier bullet, like a 140gr.

The best alternatives are IMR4350 and RL-17

Almost as good is W760 (H414)

Varget will go bang but is about 200 fps slower.

Those two are very similar. Personally, I would use whichever was on my shelf, or available or the cheapest.

look on a powder burn rate chart. I suspect pretty much anything in the range of W760 to VV N550 would be serviceable.
In order of burn rate, faster to slower: W760, H414, VV N150, AA 2700, IMR4350, IMR4451, ( H4350) RL17, AA4350, Norma204, Hybrid11V, VV N550

In the Swede it does not fill the case.

In a Creed, it is bit too slow and you can't get enough in the case. RL17 is about perfect. 760 is ok if not looking for the best accuracy.

RL-22 hits all the markers of an excellent load in a 260 Rem with a 136 Lapua. 2956 ft/s in a 26" bbl.

You could probably get away with a faster powder. While not ideal achieving max velocities with a heavy bullet, Canada ammo 4064ssc previously tested slower than imr 4064. It's in stock and worth a try. I'm waiting for mine to see how versitile this stuff is.

Although a bit harder to find, Reloder 19, VV N160, and Norma 204 all fill the niche nicely as well. Dave.

The guys are having great success with StaBall6.5 at our range, but the last order we made, Higginson had any amount of H4350 s I bought an 8 pounder of that.

RL16 and RL17 and STABALL 6.5 all work well ! RJ
