How can I take off creep and adjust trigger pull on a CZ 85 combat? Any kits available or it has to be done by a gunsmith. If gunsmith required, any recommendation for one in Vancouver BC vicinities?

Thank you in advance

Start by upgrading to a competition hammer (e.g. a CZC 10035 hammer which has much lower hammer hooks than the stock hammer), then consider installing a CZ 75 pre-B disconnector (for short reset, CZ part 10126) and a 13 lb hammer spring. These three items took my CZ 85 Combat down to a 2 lb 2 oz SA and a 6 lb 13 oz DA trigger pull with a very short, crisp release and a short reset. All these parts can be installed by a mechanically competent owner and there are lots of YouTube videos for support.

Very well explained. You can also add the competition hammer and sear. The most important here is the pre-B disconnect. You will see the difference in the trigger action. But a word of caution, pre-B disconnect needs a fitting by a gunsmith. Though you can do it, but fitting is make or break. Overcutting or grinding the disconnect will render this $100+ part same as what you currently have. The competition hammer is also drop in. The sear might need minor adjustment. I believe there is an adjustable sear fron CGW. Google these options before you decide on your next move. Also, if you are planning to use a Kadet kit in your pistol, mainspring upgrade is not advisable. A reduced power mainspring will do light strikes/no fire situation. A second strike (double action) might do the trick. Safe shooting!
