Those are not QD mounts on Canadian TAR21s, unlike the SAR21 from US. I could be wrong if theres new updates made for new production Tavors.

To use QD, you will need to get those port cover which has a built in QD cup.

The newer X95 all use QD mounts.

As mentioned, you can order the gearhead works ejection port cover which has a built in QD swivel. There is also a kit which might be from Mesa which will provide a rear qd mount...

I would be cautious about marring up that hole. It’s easy for you to overtighten and find out that that hole now has some weird marks. You might not care but when it comes to selling it, your buyer may not be happy about it. I was not happy receiving one of these with marred up holes. Just a heads up!
