They do, it used to be 10% off everything but they changed it to a specific rate on each item they sell. Very generous of them and one of the many reasons i buy most of my parts from them.

These guys are awesome, I only order parts from them. I got an email late Sunday saying my item has been shipped. So will be picked up by UPS Monday and in my hands by Tuesday / Wednesday.
