Tac-14 with wood - where to find?

In the US.

Doesn't look like they've hit the Canadian market yet. Word is they're coming, but no one knows when. Most of Remington is shutdown at the moment.

A wooden bird's head grip looks like it could be tough to control.

Have you ever shot a 12ga with birdshead grip? Once you go birdshead you’ll never go back to pistol grip.
There really is no contest between the two -- birdshead transfers recoil leagues better compared to the pistol grip, which is not only uncomfortable to shoot (in comparison) but also a lot harder to aim. Try it. Guaranteed you’ll be a convert. Also, the birdshead on your above 870 with 14” barrel makes it non-restricted (26.5” OAL) vs the pistol grip which is Restricted.
On a side note, a nice walnut birdshead (and +1) would look sooo wicked on your setup, imo.

I love it when people post their illegal guns online. Do they not teach you guys the law on your courses any more?

14” requires a birdshead grip or something similar to be legal. Knoxx breacher grip is a-ok as well I believe.
