So I'm looking for a place to purchase a cheap metal helmet that looks like a WWII German Heer helmet. This is going to be turned into a sort of display and will have holes and things drilled in it so I'm not looking for something too pricey.

Even if it was a beat up looking thing. Just want that "WWII" German looking helmet.

As far as the repros go, the ones made in China are usually very good quality. The ones coming out of India and Pakistan they are average and poor. The ones from China are usually large size good for big heads. The ones from India tend to be smaller like they were made for narrow long heads does not fit well for many. Try Aliexpress they have same repro helmets as IMA sells and many other sellers
 
I bought one on e bay a few years ago I think it came from China
It’s decent quality and came with the insert
Fits my fat head too :)

Tis a real german ww2 helmet, stripped of liner and has some plastic added to front and top to make it look like a ww1 piece.

It was given as an award at the SOS show in Louisville Kentucky by the most advanced collector of WW2 items ever seen on this planet ( not Me )

lets meet somewhere between Burnaby and Langley to do the exchange.

- Thanks for the original offer but I currently live WAY up North so no very close anyways. Glad someone here got the deal though.

I found a replica on ebay for $70 so I ordered that. I'll post what I'm doing with the helmet as soon as it's complete ;)
