Anyone here on this board snaffle one of the three 4.25 2020 Pythons at Tenda?

i don't want to rub anyone's nose in it... but my transfer in Alberta took 2 days.
strange that there is such a massive difference between provinces for the same service.

About 8 years ago, I Remember buying a pistol from Williams arms. I paid and was walking out the door, and John asked where I was going.i told him home, why? He said you can either hand around here or go across the street to Tim’s for a coffee, but it will be ready when you get back. Was gone 20 mins.....took my time too. Sure enough, transfer had gone through.

Those were the days.

I used to be able to get Quebec to do them in about 3-4 days when I could get them on the phone. That was like last year. They know me pretty well.
That being said, looks like those days are over.

I have done four transfers in four provinces within the past two weeks and received every notification of transfer within 24 hours. As far as I am concerned they are doing a great job.

No but I bought this one off of the EE yesterday.

Well since you're close by, know that if you ever need any work done on it such as timing or trigger work etc, I'm your guy. I know Pythons pretty well and have had more than 60 pass through my hands aside from ones that I worked on for other people.

Good to know.
It hasn’t been shot very much apparently.
This one had a trigger shoe installed early on in its life.
What’s your opinion on them?
This is my first revolver btw.

Last year I bought a pistol from Wanstalls. Transfer was done in ten minutes from the time I walked in the store and in my trunk of my car. Thanks Mat:p

My Python came with a trigger shoe installed. It's fine for shooting single action but too wide for double action IMO.
