It seems to be a really good deal for the money.

Only complaint so far is that the zoom seems a bit grindy.

The glass is clear and crisp, it's a good value scope though i'm not sure it's better than the 1-8 strike eagle. the illumination is a little pointless. also the reticle arrived 90 degrees tilted, thin wire to the left. so it's straight going back to bushnell.

I believe he went with 34mm matte steel rings from Farrell, they are only .835 high but that should be okay considering the optic's profile.

MDT has some 34mm medium rings for 99.95 for the pair. Very nice rings I have a set of the 30mm medium rings on a rifle.

So I picked mine up too and am quite please with it. Great clarity, LOVE the 34mm tube, 1x zoom is very close to a real 1x and a good field of view at this mag. If the reticle even had a BDC like my Bushnell AR scope this would be the deal of a lifetime. Still quite a nice scope and the built in throw lever is nice. $520 with the discount by my calculation. Don’t hesitate to deal with Durham Outdoors either the owner was a stand up guy

I got mine a few days back. very nice and well made scope. Now its time to buy a 34mm mount lol. Its a tank though so if your gun is heavy, it might not work well for you.

A better reticle should be a snap. Dont knowvwhy they didnt do it in the first place
